College of MultiMedia is de enige door Avid geautoriseerde trainer voor Pro Tools in Nederland en biedt op dit moment drie niveau's Pro Tools cursussen.
What is a Pro School?
Avid authorised Pro Schools offer fast ways to get Pro Tools knowledge. They feature intensive, multi-day, 100-, 200-, and 300-level courses that focus solely on Pro Tools systems and are taught by Avid-trained and -certified Expert-level instructors.
The courses are stand-alone, making them easier and more adaptable to professionals seeking concise and comprehensive Pro Tools education.
Pro Schools are the only facilities that offer 300-level courses, making them the exclusive administrators of certified Pro Tools expert training, but they also offer introductory and intermediate-level education.

Certified Pro Tools Operator - PT210 M and PT210 P
A certified Pro Tools Operator can competently operate a Pro Tools|HD® system in a professional environment.
How do I become a Pro Tools Operator?
- Complete all 100- and 200-level courses and course projects/exercises at an official Avid training partner facility
- Pass each course completion exam and pass the final Pro Tools Operator certification practical exam at an official Avid training partner facility

What is a Certified Pro Tools Expert?
A certified Pro Tools Expert is a user who has reached the highest level and can operate a Pro Tools|HD system in a professional, fast-paced environment at an above-average skill level.
Advantages
Once you complete your certification, you'll receive a frame-worthy certificate and you'll be listed in the International online Avid Certification Directory, so peers and potential clients can find you quickly. You'll get to keep your course materials for future reference, and you'll also receive discounts in the Avid Education Store on selected software and Pro Tools LET hardware. And of course, you'll get some free DigiWear clothing to keep you looking good in the studio.
How long does certification last?
Pro Tools Certification does not have a fixed duration. Instead, you are certified for a particular version of Pro Tools software. Certified Pro Tools Operators and Experts have an option to update their certification by taking the Pro Tools 220 update course and exam.
Exam information
- Prijs: € 100,- voor CMM studenten, € 150,- voor niet-studenten.
- Tijdens een sessie ( van 11.00 tot 13.30 uur) kunnen er maximaal 2 examens worden afgelegd.
- Per sessie kan er kosteloos maximaal 1 herexamen worden gedaan.
- Bij inschrijving voor een nieuwe sessie, betaal je opnieuw.
- Bovengenoemde prijzen zijn voor de examens van Pro Tools 101, 110, 201, 210P en 210M.
- De kosten voor de examens Pro Tools 310P en 310M bedragen € 300,- per sessie. Deze examens bevatten een theoretisch en een praktisch deel.
- Voor het afleggen van een examen dien je de cursus te hebben gevolgd. Met uitzondering van Pro Tools 101, dit examen mag ook na zelfstudie worden gedaan
